We have need-based financial aid, payment programs and a number of creative ways to be sure your child has a magical summer at Camp Sangamon.

2026 DATES, RATES, & DISCOUNTS

The camp with the pioneer spirit
Our 2026 season runs from June 28 - August 22
Within those dates, there are several session options available:
Two Weeks
- Session 2: July 19 – August 1 - $3490
- Session 3A: August 2 - August 16* - $3490
Three Weeks
- Session 1: June 28 - July 18 - $4900
- Session 3B: August 2 – August 22 - $4900
Four weeks
- Sessions 2 & 3A: July 19 - August 16* - $6532
Five Weeks
- Sessions 1 & 2: June 28 - August 1 - $8168
- Sessions 2 & 3B: July 19 - August 22 - $8168
Campers may sign up for any session or combination of sessions. There will be new campers in every session.
All sessions begin on Sunday and end on Saturday, *except 3A, which ends on Sunday, August 16.
EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT
Enroll by December 31, deduct 3% from each camper's tuition. Early Deposit is $500. Balance is due by March 1st .
Both dates are post-mark dates. Sorry, no reminder will be sent, so please mark your calendars.
ANYTIME REGULAR ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
We ask for a $350 deposit with your son’s application. Half of the balance is due by June 1 and the remainder is due
on arrival. Any discounts are taken after the $350 deposit.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Sibling discounts of 3% are offered to families sending brothers or sisters or combination to the camps. Take 3% off EACH child's tuition. Separate checks should be written to Sangamon and Betsey Cox.
SangaBucks REWARD
The camps offer a “finder's thank you” for returning campers who bring a new camper family to Sangamon. The reward is in Sangabucks, redeemable as $150 credit towards any session’s tuition. One Sangabuck for each new
family, bucks can be transferred or shared with the new family. Please write us a note to claim a discount. A new
family referred to Camp Betsey Cox earns a $100 credit. (only one credit per new family)
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS – for 2026 only.
We plan to come together as a community once again in 2026. If national, state, ACA, local officials, or we as directors determine camp cannot safely open for all or some portion of the summer, any deposits and tuition
payments made toward this summer will be fully refundable. With an eye toward the future, we will again ask all
registered families to consider rolling payments and deposits forward to 2027 if they are able. If camp is open but
your family elects to withdraw your child at any point after March 15th and before May 1st, all payments made
beyond the deposit will be returned. Any cancellations made after May 1st will receive no refunds.
