Farm
Sangamon takes pride in its own homestead-style farm and the animals we keep. In any given summer campers will gain experience caring for goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and cows. And of course, everyone’s favorite: kittens!
Garden
From seed to harvest, campers have the opportunity to learn how to grow their own food. All of our cabins participate in the daily care and work of our flower and vegetable gardens with much of what we grow eventually being served in our dining room!
